Refund & Return Policy

At LE UPP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be in the same condition as received

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
