Order Processing

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed or Lost Packages

LE UPP is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

If your package appears lost, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product
  • We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution
